Subscription Cancellation Policy

At SOLUXIR, we want managing your subscription to be simple and stress-free. This policy explains how and when you can cancel a recurring subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in any of the following ways:
- Through your customer account: log in to your SOLUXIR account, go to your subscriptions, and cancel directly from there.
- By email: send us a cancellation request at info@soluxir.com.
- By phone: call us at +34 614 87 44 48 and we will process your cancellation.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your subscription renewal date. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the renewal date may take effect only from the following billing cycle, meaning the upcoming renewal will still be charged.

After You Cancel

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will not be charged again and no further orders will be shipped under that subscription. Any orders already processed before the cancellation took effect will still be delivered. If you cancel by email or phone, we will send you a confirmation once your cancellation has been applied.
